Bookings
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekends and popular treatments. For bridal bookings, please contact us 4-6 weeks ahead.
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.
General
Yes, complimentary parking is available for all our clients in the building's basement parking. Please let reception know on arrival.
Gift Vouchers
Yes! Luxury gift vouchers are available for any amount or specific treatment. They can be purchased in-salon or emailed directly to the recipient.
Products
We are committed to ethical beauty. The majority of our products are cruelty-free and vegan. Please speak to your therapist if you have specific product concerns.
Treatments
You will be provided with a luxury robe and disposable underwear. All treatments are performed with full draping for your comfort and privacy.
