1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a booking with Lotus Luxury Grooming & Beauty Studio ("Lotus Luxury", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed by our reception team.
• A booking confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion.
• Bookings made through the website are requests until confirmed by our team.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at reception@lotusluxurygrooming.com or call during business hours.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices quoted on this website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at time of booking or at the studio.
• Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, card, and EFT payment.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or contraindications prior to your treatment.
• Lotus Luxury reserves the right to refuse service to any client if we believe the treatment may cause harm.
• Patch tests may be required for certain treatments, particularly colour services.

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Website Use

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
